Members of the Frederick Spires Youth Running Club warm up Thursday before practice at Frederick High School’s stadium. The Spires are sending a group to the Cross Country Coaches Youth National Championships at Shelbyville, Indiana. The local runners, ranging in age from 7 to 14 years old, will compete in four different divisions.
