Worth Reading
Vox says you probably don’t understand metabolism and offers 9 facts to help clear up confusion. The headline is a little dramatic here, but there’s some useful info for us older runners in this article: Adapt or Die The United States leads the world in spending for health and fitness but still ranks lowest in measurements of actual health. Outside Magazine says maybe we just need to go back to basics. We runners….we want to be running, right?
